We're actively hiring remote full-time or contract employees for:
UX / WEB DESIGNER
We’re seeking an experienced designer to join our marketing team. The focus of this role is on UX and visual design for B2B websites, including sitemaps and wireframes, content strategy and the overall visual design of the entire website. While this is not a development position, you should have an understanding of how websites are developed (or be willing to learn from our developers), and know how to edit content within a WordPress website.

WORDPRESS CONTENT ENTRY SPECIALIST
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Content Entry Specialist to join our team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with the core WordPress block editor/Gutenberg block editor and have a strong understanding of WordPress content management system. You will be responsible for working within an established content management strategy and assisting in transferring and styling content into the new client websites. You’ll work with our design and development team to match pre-defined page layouts in the CMS and altering when necessary to create thoughtful layouts and engaging content with a focus on user experience.
COPYWRITER
Windmill Strategy is seeking an experienced copywriter to join our team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in drafting and editing high-quality written copy in the form of website content, ongoing blog and article content, landing pages and campaigns, ad copy, marketing emails, case studies, social media posts, and more where purpose, length and tone will vary considerably.
SEO SPECIALIST
The Digital Marketing SEO Specialist is responsible for hands-on execution of digital marketing-related activities, projects and initiatives focused on SEO (On-site, Technical and Content). Some PPC and Paid Social may be part of the role, depending on the skills of the applicant.
DIGITAL MARKETING SEO/PPC SPECIALIST
We’re looking for a mid- to senior-level aspiring hands-on leader who sets and implements digital marketing strategies with a multi-functional team, does hands-on work, and builds the digital team, ensuring Windmill delivers the best possible results and customer experience for its clients and customers.
WORDPRESS DEVELOPER/DESIGNER
If you have design skills and also love to use CMS systems and front-end code, building what you design in WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms, this hybrid role may be a great fit for you.
WORDPRESS WEB DEVELOPER
Windmill Strategy is seeking an experienced website developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in WordPress, our primary development CMS, with a broad understanding of web development in general, as well as other CMS platforms.
PAID SEARCH SPECIALIST
The role includes a combination of hands-on paid search (PPC) strategy and implementation, along with the building/refining of systems, processes and best practices for our unique target market.
