Q: Who would be the main point of contact for my project?
Upon project kickoff, your initial sales contact at Windmill will introduce you to the project team, which will always include an Account Project Manager (APM). Throughout the course of the project, the APM will be your primary point of contact for anything project-related, including budget, timeline, scope changes, etc. Your initial sales contact (Account Manager) will typically lead the kickoff meeting, review and contribute to the over-arching project or account strategy, and remain a resource to discuss any concerns, ideas, or opportunities that may arise. While you’ll also have direct communication with other specialists on the team, including SEO specialists, designers, developers, copywriters, etc., the APM will remain a constant primary point of contact.
