Q: Who would be overseeing my project?
Your project will be overseen at the highest level by your initial sales contact, and most directly by your appointed account/project manager (APM). The APM will be responsible for creating an initial overall project strategy, as well as a schedule that will be updated on a regular basis and shared with the whole project team. Your APM will manage the Windmill project resources and facilitate meetings between key stakeholders in order to continuously move the project forward, ensuring that all of the project components and team resources work together to fulfill the overarching strategic goals of the project or initiative. The APM will send monthly updates on project status (timeline, budget, and risks), and will serve as your primary point of contact throughout the duration of the project.
