Q: What if we want to make design changes after a website project is done?

Firstly, we’ll be working closely together throughout the project, with multiple checkpoints for feedback, so you should be feeling very good about the design, functionality, content, and strategy of the website as it launches. If at any point in the process you feel that we haven’t been listening to or tracking your needs and goals, we’ll have a project re-set and get everything back on the right path for success.

That said, any website should be constantly evolving, just as your business and your prospects continue to grow, change, and evolve every day. The websites that we build are created to be flexible and adaptable so that you can be adding new content, new sections, new blocks, and evolve your website along with your business — without needing to know how to code or become a WordPress developer. As a result, many changes can be done by your team, in-house. Our team is also available to make small changes, which we’d typically bill on a time-and-materials basis, or as part of an ongoing monthly retainer for digital marketing work. Larger initiatives such as new integrations, major features, or enhancements can be treated as a mini-project, with a scope of work, delineated deliverables, and budget/timeline expectations for sign-off.
