About The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and optimizing marketing automation systems across a variety of platforms for both agency and private clients. You will be the expert on integrating CRM systems, automating lead nurturing workflows, and developing sales enablement processes, all while ensuring seamless performance tracking and reporting.

This is a remote/WFH position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a fully virtual team.

You are a technically savvy marketing professional with a deep understanding of automation platforms, CRM integrations, and digital marketing strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role, where you are responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. You are analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You excel in turning complex processes into efficient, automated workflows that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure marketing automation platforms: Work across tools such as HubSpot, ConstantContact, Make.com, Zapier, and other platforms, ensuring smooth API and integration setups.
  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns: Develop email drip campaigns using platforms like ConstantContact, Sendinblue, and MailerLite for clients.
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows: Create automation workflows for lead nurturing, using text and email to keep prospects engaged for sales opportunities.
  • Integrate CRM systems with marketing tools: Seamlessly connect CRM systems to marketing platforms, including integrating Gmail with HubSpot for tracking and utilizing tags for segmented campaigns.
  • Develop sales enablement processes and content: Design processes that enhance sales efficiency, create knowledge base articles, and automate the delivery of resources to new clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights: Regularly report on marketing automation performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and custom dashboards for actionable insights.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and other tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies.
  • Proven experience integrating CRM systems and automating workflows to optimize sales processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance tracking, including Google Analytics and tag management.
  • Familiarity with lead generation, nurturing strategies, and sales enablement content creation.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and their functionalities, including workflows, segmentation, landing pages, and forms.
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations with marketing tools.
  • Strong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
  • Comfortable managing databases and configuring automation based on customer behavior.

Marketing Expertise:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in lead generation and nurturing.
  • Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey, customer engagement, and behavior-driven marketing.
  • Ability to craft promotional copy and develop various content types that drive engagement.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and more.

Strategic Thinking:

  • Ability to develop and execute marketing automation strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong data analysis skills to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on personalized messaging and engagement throughout the funnel.
  • Problem-solving skills to optimize marketing processes and overcome challenges.
